Mark, who is one of our neighbors, showed up at our front door the morning after a fire along the exterior wall of our front attached garage to offer his companies services. By 10 a.m., Nolan arrived and started documenting all the damage. By 12:30 p.m., their crew started emergency cleanup & remediation. By 4:30 p.m., the debris was cleaned up & the damage to our house was sealed up from the elements. Thankfully, SAC was there for us as the temperature was dropping rapidly to -12 and a nasty wind made it feel far colder. Nolan supervised the remediation activity all afternoon while continuing to document and write the insurance report. SAC brought in dehumidifiers and air scubbers to place throughout the house which made an enormous difference in reducing the smoke & water damage. By Monday morning, ~60 hours after the fire, Nolan had sent me the insurance report & all the documentation to be filed with our insurance company. The insurance company, who had been MIA all weekend finally came alive about the same time. Overall, SAC was fast, efficient & professional & I would not hesitate to use them. Mark and Nolan were incredibly helpful and eased the transition to the insurance companies preferred suppliers which they pretty much insisted on. I thank God for his mercy & protection and for Mark & Nolan & SAC for being there for us in our time of need.
