I recently reached out to Tim at Nicety Security Solution to determine what to install at my house. Tim contacted me back and suggested a system for house use. As I wanted a higher end system, I purchased my own and contacted Tim to schedule an appointment for installation. Tim was very professional in his responses, at this time all communication was by text messages - after the initial contact through HomeStars. I sent Tim a picture of the system I purchased so he can be prepared to install. As per the scheduled date, Tim showed up on time with his team. He recommended the locations for camera placement, based on the angles for viewing. As I have a finished basement, I anticipated this job to be a difficult one to fish cables for 9 cameras. Tim and his team worked all day, installed 9 cameras with minimal disturbance around the house (inside and outside). Tim actually bought some boxes for the cameras outside for installation, something only a seasoned professional would think of, and something that would enhance the look... I can truly say I had great experience working with Tim, he is the ultimate professional. I actually had a couple of minor requests and Tim was happy to complete. To add once the installation completed and the job was done to my satisfaction, I reached out to Tim a couple of days later to ask some questions, get some recommendation... and Tim did reply. Tim and his team are excellent workers who stand behind the work they do, excellent quality and speedy installation. I am truly happy that I connected with Tim for this installation. This summer I decided to interlock my backyard and driveway. I called many companies that were already doing work in my area for an estimate. The last company I called was Eurotech, I spoke to Kris who seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. The next day Kris came to give me an estimate on my backyard interlocking, including a flower box. The price he quoted me was half of what everyone else was asking for. Even though I was a bit skeptical (because of the price), I decided to proceed with the backyard interlock. I figured based on the work, I can then decide if I continue with the driveway. The crew arrived as scheduled the following week to begin digging and preparing for the installation. Considering I have an irrigation sprinkler system installed in the backyard, I asked the crew to be careful as they were digging so that they do not damage the sprinkler lines. The crew was lead by Julian, very patient and friendly, and they were very cautious around the sprinkler lines. The work proceeded as scheduled for the next few days, and Julian kept me informed of the stone order... had to wait for the stone to arrive to continue installation... long story short, they did an amazing job completing the backyard interlock and the flower box. As I saw the work and quality, I asked them for a quote on the driveway and another flower box in the front. The price they quoted me matched the rate per square foot for the backyard. We agreed to proceed... work started as scheduled, was a bit delayed as we had to wait for the stone to arrive. I can honestly say, that this company and these workers truly treat you with respect, they talk to you as a friend and care for the work they are doing... not like others who just care about the $ I highly recommend Eurotech, extremely professional and friendly. Everything I asked for was completed with excellent attention to detail. I am glad I found Eurotech to complete my landscaping and interlocking. Thank you for the perfect job you did.

Highly professional installation, started off on a great note from Jorge (sales associate) to the installation team. I even had bird nest problems causign issues and holes that the team addressed. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism as well as the inspection. Thank you very much for a job well done
