M O in Calgary

Why is it that everytime I have called the receptionist does not seem eager to help nor does she have any information about our contract ? I call today to ask if the crew was coming as I did not receive a call to confirm either way......as usual there was a ppause and an audible sigh from the receptionist and then she ends up saying : Well I have no way of knowing who yor crew would be ! When I asked to be connected to the person who would have this information she said " Well, maybe the contruction manager knows...and she reluctantly put me through, and I got voice mail. It has been a very frustrating to have to deal with ULS the customer service seems non existant.
