Val and team were perfectionists and exceptional and exceeding my expectations . Used pristine flooring to install shluter system / install tile and grout along with framing of bench and install of grey bench . Val was part of process right from the start with a no charge on-site consult to help with questions / provide recommendations/ project time line etc . Very friendly and personable and did a very clean job. Showed up in time from start to finish and right in budget. It was a large project and every question answered and supported us along the way. Why would you use anyone else is what I say when it comes to tiling / framing / back board etc etc. thanks val and team. A. No need to call anyone else for your irrigation needs . You may you may as well get a few quotes but I can guarantee you will choose john and team. He is professional , knows what he’s doing, suggested best options, always kept me informed and was available via phone call anytime. What’s more outstanding is how john adjusted ( of course when your trenching no one knows what underground and we ran into an old flag stone patio from a long time ) john had to do some extra unexpected work to do this , I offered him extra money but the guy wouldn’t take it !! His answer , no problem only solutions !! He went above the call of duty on my job and pivoted at last minute when we wanted to adjust by not placing a sprinkler in the middle of an area where a future pool may be. He mad an extra zone to shut off and discontinue if required down the road . Again john says no problem only solution ! Thanks john and crew ! Ensure a fully certified rock star group is always on site? Always answer the phone after hours (Naeem & Julio, we had many after hours and weekend talk updates so thank you) you were ALWAYS there to answer questions and come on site as required. Any project especially basement work is stressful but using Decon made the process truly perfect not to mention the crew going above and beyond the scope to ensure complete satisfaction and quality of work. Mike and team are terrific . No need to call anyone else for your HVAC work. Mike provided great advice on where and how to relocate my gas pipes to non intrusive area of the home and installed my hepa and ERV with professionalism, cleanliness , quality of work and at a great price ! More importantly was the time mike spent in consulting with me and answering my questions many times before the project begin to ensure a seem less install. The art of customer service and being there for a client is very much alive when working with home air systems inc fir any of your hvac needs. I’ll call you again in the future !

Now this is a company and local business ownership that supports their customers ! Finally a company that cares ! First off I purchased a central vac and accessories which is a great product so far ! Here’s my story! I installed the vac (I have installed numerous systems in my day) and had everything hooked up properly but I wasn’t getting any suction ! So I called owner who would not let me off phone troubleshooting the hook up process ! He was awesome and walked me thru everything over phone which was past dinner time and the vac was still not providing proper suction ! This owner stood by his product and superior patience in customer service that he personally drove to my home , troubleshooted the vac which was hooked up correctly and he suspected blockage in my system pipes ! He helped me unclog each of my central vac ports discovering massive debris and we cleaned each duct ! Of course now the product is working like a champ ! The pint of my story is another retailer would not do this ! Allegro did this with a personal touch ! This is the only central vac anyone should purchase from as not only do they have a top notch Canadian locally made product but they CARE ! Thank you so much allegro team.
