Chris installed my pool heater in 2014. His company returns every year for an annual maintenance service. Always happy with the company punctuality, attention to questions followed up with advice. I highly recommend the company for any HVAC need. (They also installed my hot water heater).

I am happy to review Lifestyle Oasis. We decided that it was time to change our 44 year old back door. It was a builder interior, wooden, hollow core door, with single pane glass and paired with a steel, single pane glass storm door. We chose a “vented" door as a replacement; a single door with a glass insert that opens and closes with a built in screen. We also wanted sandblasted or silk screen glass for a little bit of privacy and attractiveness, as opposed to clear glass. Most importantly, we wanted to see the door, see a glass sample and open/close the door window in a showroom of each vendor. We live in Aurora. We visited 6 locations including Lifestyle to view their vented doors and see their glass. Only Lifestyle and another vendor in Brampton had a door plus privacy glass onsite. We even offered to drive to the door manufacturers to see their doors and glass. None of the competitors could set up an appointment. I was not going to purchase from a brochure picture. We chose local: Lifestyle Oasis. Al arrived to make the initial measurements and write the quote. A very pleasant experience to deal with Al. At final order time, George (the owner) arrived to confirm the measurements. Dimitry and his co-worker installed the door. Good workmanship and cleanup. We are pleased with our new door.

I concur with the review of JRW in Stouffville. Communication response time is slow some times, frustrating and therefore, so is the timeliness of my review. My furnace and A/C was installed at the end of July. I think Mitchell is over-whelmed, but when he does show up, I quite like to listen to his knowledge and advice. He is a sincere, honest, intelligent, hard-working, young man. Brian can be pro-active in responding. I want to thank him for calling me with an attractive offer for a new furnace and A/C, after reviewing my quote and pointing out the rebates. Dimitry and Costas did a clean installation. Considering this installation was done in late July, we have had only a couple of hot days for the A/C to operate in this strange summer. The Lennox variable speed furnace/AC runs quietly and efficiently. I look forward to 6 months of winter to see how well my investment functions. If you are having a problem in getting a timely response, call Robyn at the office. She will look after you and rattle someone's chains. I have entered into a commitment with this company for the future. I think I have made the right choice.

Chris is very prompt at responding to communications. He attended to quote on a new pool heater and offered some advice on how to protect the warranty. I liked his sincerity and honesty. He and Geoffrey attended to complete the installation. What a pleasant team to deal with. Everything is high and dry...no water leaks. I intend to have him back for the annual service/inspections. I go to HomeStars to read reviews when I am not sure about choosing a service. Several duct companies have many excellent reviews. I chose this one to take advantage of their advertised special and save myself a few dollars. The company has excellent credentials and I like Dave's story. Brendan and Scott showed up on time. Work boots were left at the door. Brendan encouraged me to ask questions and I had a few as I have never before used a duct cleaning service. I was showed before and after photos during the process. I am pleased with the choice that I made and I will recommend them to my neighbours.

This website is a wonderful resource for researching contractors which was not available in the past. In the past, I chose my roofers from the yellow pages in my area, references were available, the cheapest quote won the contract and I ended up dealing with an answering machine when I needed support. Late in 2011, with now enhanced Internet researching capabilities and this website, I started my research with the intention of making a decision for a new roof in 2012. I decided that I wanted to read many positive reviews and deal with a front end office staffed by humans and not an answering machine. Roof Pro Plus had many positive reviews, an excellent, informative website and an office. When I read about a strong competitor, with many good reviews, and saw one of their crews on a second story roof with no fall-restraint system, I decided to eliminate them for their cavalier attitude toward worker safety. Another competitor in the area with a few good reviews could not provide a roof inspection on time, provided no callback to explain and no apology. Roof Pro’s sales person showed up on time and offered his advice. Having finalized a contract, I had requested a trailer and not a bin. Upon arrival of the crew, the company President, Chris Hasenauer, delivered a spiffy new trailer to my home. Although he is the President, he is a very down-to-earth, personable gentleman, ready to get his hands dirty, communicate with his customers and made other visits during the day to support his crew. Matt and the crew were, hard-working, polite, young men, diligent in their duties, with no ghetto-blaster blaring to irritate the neighbours. Special thanks to Dan for your punctuality and assistance to me early in the morning. Chris’s wife Jan, who co-ordinates the schedule and other business matters, dropped by at the end of the day to collect the cheque and explain the warranty paperwork. Let’s not forget about Cathy on the front desk, who not only remembered my face and my name after only one visit to the office. This is truly a family business that I believe, is committed to quality installations, long-term customer service and being the best roofing business in this community. Cleanup went well and the new roof looks great. The next day we had a severe downpour...3.6mm in a short period of time. I have one skylight and two Solatubes. No issues/no leaks. Let it rain!
