Hello, First I would like to say that Mobilia does have nice furniture. I like how nice and modern it looks, very much fits what I am looking for and style. I had a very nice sales person help me place what I want to buy. This is the part where I was EXTREMELLY upset about. My delivery was scheduled on Saturday between 7 am to 10 am. The delivery person called me (Mark) and I give him specific instruction where to park and where I was located. Turns out that the delivery person did not want to delivery my goods. The delivery Mobilia service called me and said " It is too far, too cold, it is a special delivery, is there anywhere closer, it is too far of a walk, to heavy, etc. The excuses goes on and on. So wasted 2 hours of my life and woke up early for nothing. They said they would call on Monday, heard nothing (called multiple times). Finally called me on Tuesday asking me to pay an extra $100 for special delivery. Also, how the delivery company was charging Mobilia for $600. I told them that I am not paying anything and that I am NEVER buying anything from Mobilia again. Then the lady put me on hold for 5 minutes talking to her supervisor and finally waived that fee. The lady said the latest they are going to come is 7pm. Did not eat dinner until 9pm because the delivery people did not come until 8:20pm. The delivery service was good, they were fast and built everything for me. So bottom line, if you buy anything from Mobilia I suggest you put it in your car. If you order anything big just get ready for the headache. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE (I cannot stress this more) delivery customer service. They are rude, hard to get a hold of, not reliable AT ALL and you have to keep at it with them.
