I decided to use GEM windows for my clients for several reasons. Quality is high on my clients list and my sales rep at GEM suggested a mid line of windows that would be best suited for my application and help keep costs in line with my clients budget. Installation was fantastic and quick. They left the property cleaner after they finished than it had been when they arrived. Lastly is a company that will support their product and I have recieved great phone support from not only my sales rep but his manager when I needed it. All in all I was very satisfied and will use GEM on my next project.
