We hired his company and quickly learned that our intuitions about him, his crew, and his company were absolutely correct. Frano and his crew were completely professional, polite, and efficient. The work itself was very difficult as the wall of the house is quite close to a neighbor’s fence. However, even though the job required extensive excavation by hand and storing the dirt on flat sheets in the front and backyard, the work site was always neat and safe. We were able to look in at the work in various stages over 5 days. The quality was always impeccable. And there were no surprises regarding costs or timelines. He also offered to resolve some other plumbing issues while he was working at our house for a fair price. We had some small concerns about the re-installation of our central air conditioning unit but when we contacted Frano about it, he went by the house immediately to address the situation. We’re so impressed with Frano and his crew that we plan to hire them again for other general contracting work in the future.
