they showed up for a service call to replace the seal on an glass shower enclosure they installed 10 years ago. they were just as professional and courteous for this visit as they were for the original installation. we would use this company for any future needs in our home. Steve arrived on time, was personable, helpful and tidy. He explained in words I understood and without sounding patronizing. The only work undertaken was the most immediately necessary and I was given time frames on a couple of other areas that I should 'keep a watch' on. Steve completed the work efficiently and pleasantly and was altogether a joy to have around. (He even put up with my dead-asleep teenage daughter who was right in he middle of one of the floors with the most drains) Thanks Steve and Drainworks.
