Competitive prices. Hard workers who construct it over two days. They asked us if we wanted to move up our start date. They work really hard when they come to your house. Very pleased with their work so far. I honestly would encourage anyone to go with this company over purchasing poorly constructed commercial quality builds.

Herc deserves an award for dealing with us. He made every effort to accommodate our frequent changes. He goes out of his way to provide exactly what we envisioned. He has an employee who does the stamped concrete and not only does he do an amazing job but you can tell It’s therapeutic to him. He puts on his music, takes his time and obviously finds great pleasure in his work. My only criticism is that he doesn’t make too many suggestions and if you know exactly what you want then that shouldn’t matter. They started 2-3 days late and they warned us of the possibility because weather is a factor and they did the job in just over a week. Would I hire them again? Yes!
