I ordered a $4000.00 door on July 4, 2011. It was initially installed in late November. Several (at least 5) different people have been here to "finish" the install but so far still wwwaaaiiittting. What is really funny 'so to speak" is they are the ones wanting to get paid...good luck with that. Stay as far away from this company as you can. I went to them because I know the man who built this business from nothing. His son is running it into the ground. Very sad but that what you get when your customer service is non existent.
