My vacuum was not picking up as it was clogged with items from the floor that were not suppose to go into the vacuum. I took the vacuum to my local vacuum store, Burrard Vacuum to ask for assistance. The staff there were very interested in my problem and fixed the vacuum for me. I know it took over an hour to unclog the vacuum and yet it was of no charge.
