I had groundwater leaking into two areas of my basement after a rainstorm in December. I called Oleg right away, and he was able to visit my property the next day. He looked at the problematic areas and recommended exterior waterproofing for about 20' as well as concrete porch repair (the cold storage room below the porch had water leaking in). He also recommended application of crystalline cement in the cold storage room (inside wall) as an added protection. Oleg provided a competitive quote, 25 years of warranty and was available to begin the work within 2 days. So I decided to proceed with RooterWorx. His crew (four people) arrived on time on the scheduled date. Everyone was friendly and professional. I think they did a fantastic job with the waterproofing and porch repair. The guys worked hard (7+ hours per day) and finished the job in two days. I strongly recommend RooterWorx for any basement waterproofing project.

We hired Amir for a major renovation of our townhouse (approx. 1300 sq. ft). From our recent past experience, we knew finding a good contractor at a reasonable cost is not an easy task, but we definitely made the right decision by choosing Amir and his team for our renovation project. The major components of the project were removing the existing carpet and installing laminate flooring on all three floors, installing carpet on the stairs, installing new floor and wall tiles in the three bathrooms, and complete bathroom renovation (installation of toilets, sinks, faucets, new lights, bathtub, standing shower enclosure, etc.). From the very beginning, Amir gave us a very accurate estimate of how long the project will take and he completed the job a few days ahead of schedule. Throughout the whole project, we observed that Amir paid close attention to details, and as a result, we are very happy with the quality of the finished work. Amir is a good problem solver. When there were any issues that needed to be solved, Amir and his team were good at figuring out the options and executing accordingly. Amir has a friendly personality and is very easy to work with. Unlike many other contractors, Amir was very focused on the project while it was in progress. As a result, we didn't have to deal with issues like contractors not showing up during the middle of the project. Amir also offered us a solid warranty plan. After the project was complete, we found a couple of minor issues. Amir responded very quickly and fixed the issues in less than 24 hours. Overall, we highly recommend Ascension Construction.
