Siva and John came out to wash my windows before the winter set in. Both were lovely gentlemen and did a great job. Siva had a great disposition and you could tell he enjoyed his work. The will be back to clean my eavestroughs.

I had 3 ductless A/C-Heat Pump units installed--one in the basement, one in the living/dining room, and one in the office. The last one was going to be installed in the hottest bedroom but Farzad recommended the office. The unit would not only cool the office but also the other bedrooms across from it when all doors are open--a more practical and efficient use of the unit. My home feels much more comfortable now and it will be especially on the extremely hot and humid days.

In Feb. I had a problem with my baseboard heaters, Alex and Dimitri came and corrected the problem. I then decided to change my fuse panel to a circuit breaker panel. I was told up front about the service charge, the price of the job, the protocol for dealing with city, etc. I had to wait for the work to start but during the wait, another problem arose. Alex came to fix the problem w/o charge. This was unexpected but much appreciated. On the day of the job, both men arrived as promised and worked all day to complete the job. Other problems arose that required more material and time but Alex and Dimitri did not charge me extra. Again this was much appreciated. After the job, I decided I would upgrade my baseboard heaters and thermostats. Alex came and did another great job. Now I will use Alkon for the electrical work in my kitchen renovations. I can trust them to correct the unprofessional work that was done by the previous owner so that my home will be safer.

I ordered two windows from Home Depot which were installed by Omega Construction. I was notified one week in advance when the work would be done. Ilgar came during the 2 hour window that was given to me. From beginning to end his work was clean and his behaviour professional. I had good experience with this company.
