Niall is extremely professional, honest, hard working, reliable and a man of his word. He is the only one who provided a quote to climb on my roof and inspect my chimney completely. He provided a fair quote and did an amazing job repointing my chimney. He also repaired the chimney cap mound and re caulked the flashing. Look no further if you need mason work!

I had a sewer backup on New Years Day. I called a few companies that advertised 24/7 service and Naz at Canadian Rooter was the only company that agreed to come out. He took the time on the initial call to explain to me the steps he would take to try and solve the problem, as well as provide me a quote. I found this very helpful and felt confident he could fix the problem. He came within 2 hours of the call and did exactly what he said he would do on the phone. I watched as he worked and he explained everything to me, while showing me as he used his camera to go down the main stack. He found the blockage and was able to clear it with his snake. Then took the time to use the camera again to show me that the blockage was cleared and showed me where I may have some issues in the future with regards to the slope of my stack. He spend time cleaning the area after the works was completed. Naz was very professional and did exactly what he said he would do, and as I mentioned, took the time to explain everything to me. Simply put, Nev and his team were true professionals from start to finish. I moved into a 25 year old home where the builder did not remove the plywood framing that was used to pour the front poarch where the cold cellar is located. It was evident that there was mold so I called Nev and explained my situation. He came the next day to investigate the mold and provided me with a detailed explanation of how he and his team would address the issue. He was able to start the work a few days later. His team removed shelving, plywood forms and all the mold. They then cleaned all the mold and then protected the entire cold cellar to deter mold growth in the future. Very good inspection! We decided to purchase the house and were able to negotiate a better price becuase of the home inspection conducted by Tom. We realize that the house would need work since it is older and feel that there are no structural issues and the issues identified can be fixed. I would recommend Tom's services for those in need of a home inspection.
