I needed a steel gate replaced because it was dragging on the concrete walkway. Rather than charge me for a brand new aluminum gate, George got a saw from his truck and helped me cut the hinges off the existing gate on the spot at no charge. I was able to raise the old gate with new hinges and saved on a replacement gate. Blew me away. Excellent service. I would not hesitate to recommend them based on this experience alone.

Prorise did a very good job painting our living room, dining room, family room, mud room and stairs. Joseph was very detailed with his initial quote. Please be sure everything is covered and go through the entire contract with a fine-tooth comb. They were also able to schedule us for just a couple of days after the contract was signed. Brothers Jason and Bujar performed the work. They were both very friendly, diligent and hard working. Every time I pointed something out they were very receptive and quick to respond. I also met Jennifer, the quality control supervisor, when the job started and at the end for the final inspection. She was also very friendly, responsive and quick to answer any questions we had via telephone during the project as was Joseph. We will be calling Prorise again for a quote to paint the rest of the house and possibly the exterior as well.

We used Ferguson for my mother's move from a house to a condo. It was great dealing with Lorne directly. He was attentive, responsive and thorough. It was very comforting to have the owner of the company directly involved. He also showed up at the start of the day and called later in the afternoon to ensure all was going well. The three movers were excellent...absolutely no concerns. Would definitely use them and/or recommend in future.
