George responded to my Homestars post in minutes; his service only got better from there! He gave me great advice, kept in regular contact, worked with a city inspector, made several visits to my house, climbed up on the roof to check the vent, fixed the vent issues in the basement, wrote a letter on my behalf to the inspector and generally worked flat out to deal with the issues. I can't remember the last time a contractor worked so hard on my behalf - and then sent me an invoice that was incredibly reasonable! Now I understand why G.A Plumbing has solid 10/10 ratings; they are that good. Thanks George!
