One of the best service by any home inspector I have ever seen or heard, Mr. Manjur came on time, he was not in hurry, equiped with gloves, camera, ladder & thermal camera to see accross the corners and find any energy leaks behind the dry wall. He is detail oriented person, came at 1 pm and finished at 6 pm. Found a sound in water heater, hood fan was not at recommended height, windows were not sealed and were broken from corners which I can't find by myself, he looked at walls, tiles, garage door, hard wood with torch and found lots of detail level issues which only a professional like him can find, I will recommend his service to all my friends and family in future.
