Our faucet in the bathroom was at the end of its life and there was corrosion on pipe fittings below in both the bathroom and kitchen. John was very punctual, as he arrived at the house exactly when he said he would. He communicated what the work would cost and we felt comfortable with him. He was clearly a seasoned pro and was clean and neat. I would certainly use his services again and recommend him to others.

Our first comment is that Keith and the whole Land Effects team were a group of true professionals. The initial quote from Keith was impressive from the detailed schematic drawing and the overall detail specified of the work that was to be done. This professional quotation is not the norm from my experience. It makes the homeowner feel far more comfortable to proceed with the project. Even though we thought we knew what we wanted to have done, Keith had a vision that included other elements that would make the whole project look more complete. He was right! In the end, the work by Keith and the Land Effects team was fantastic! They did what they said they would do, which is great. We have gotten nothing but compliments from friends and neighbours. We are very pleased!
