We had an unexpected situation where we need to replace a metal roof that's not venting properly. When Sean came to our place for an estimate, he was prompt, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He is very approachable and answered many of our questions (however naïve they were). His crew arrived on time and finished the job in two days. It turned out to be a bigger job as there were layers of shingles under our metal roof! The site was cleaned. There was a bag caught at the top of our mulberry tree (which is too high for us to retrieve by ourselves). Sean even had his crew back to clean that for us promptly. It was greatly appreciated. Overall, we are very happy with their service and would highly recommend Maximum Roofing.

We had an unexpected situation which involves roof replacement and more - which requires us to also replace the eavestrough, fascia, and soffit. The Eavestrough Company came highly recommended by our roofing crew, and we were very happy with the services that we have received, especially in the middle of pandemic. They walked us through the whole process, including safe drop-off of the colour book and sorting through the unexpected supply shortage in an efficient manner (due to COVID-19). Wendell also recommended the beautiful rain chain for our front porch. Tracy and Faye are always friendly and approachable - and very patient with us when we were trying to decide on the colours. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would highly recommended The Eavestrough Company.
