The tiler that came did a wonderful job on the backsplash and floor.We had a lot of tiles left over which meant he did not make any bad cuts and there was no waste.He also cut and installed the baseboards and the job was very professional looking.He arrived on time and cleaned up after himself.

We hired this company in 1999 to create and install a small cabinet with drawers, and they sent a tradesman over who was unsuitable for the job (they sent a supposed carpenter instead of a plumber to do the job--and the carpenter came with no tools and with no skills). The cabinetry was very poorly done--crooked measurements, big enough to damage the wall space it was supposed to fit into, and just plain bad. We tried to get the store to send someone over to repair the damage and it wasnt' until we went to the store in person to angrily complain that they even tried to make things right--but ultimately, they just didn't. Eight years later, the piece is still burning me!!!"
