Horrible Customer Service and not honouring warranty
We purchased a three piece sectional with the comprehensive “Solid Gold” warranty in April 2019. Within a few weeks of getting it we had a service person com look because there was an issue with the corner seat. He took pictures and said he would note it. I was never able to get any word back on that call. Fast forward to June 8, 2020. The fabric under the couches was falling down, there were small tears in the fabric from sitting on the couch abs the centre seat was still warped, we called to make a claim. We were hung up on SEVERAL TIMES. We emailed the pictures and our concerns to social@nooobody.com it took 4 weeks for any acknowledgement. We kept calling and was hung up on, put through to a “manager” who doesn’t return calls or all together treated rudely by the people who are supposed to help. SEPTEMBER 29, 2020 they finally pick up the couch. October 8 they return them and they only fixed the fabric underneath. We refused delivery and the kind delivery drivers took photos of the defects. I spoke to a customer service agent who was the rudest person I have ever encountered. She stated that they strictly go by the brochure and our issues aren’t covered. And she inferred that the stores mislead customers to make the sale. I have a copy of the brochure and my issues are covered. All of them. They will not answer their phones and we continually get hung up on. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I still don’t know where my couch is and if it is going to be fixed or not. I am prepared to file a Statement of Claim for this.
