An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Hisham is very personable and was prompt with his appointment time, Tonya was helpful and accommodating with installation dates as well as correcting the rescheduled installation attempt. The installers Rob and Tim did a great job, were courteous and professional. They cleaned up their work area very nicely. Really nice young men! I'm very happy the windows are finally installed and love them! Now I don't have to worry about the rain coming in when I'm not home!
