Andrew is upfront and honest about his schedule and estimates. He and his team completed the job exactly as discussed and on time. No mess was left behind and there were no surprises. I requested an estimate to have my eaves replaced during a very busy time in the fall for the company. Instead of ignoring my request, I received a message to inform me they were busy and would get back to me in the Spring to see if I still needed the work done. As promised, Andrew checked in with me early in the Spring and provided, what I felt was, an honest and competitive estimate. There was no messing about or attempting to see if I would accept an outrageous estimate. I accepted the proposal immediately and the job was scheduled and completed in very short time. I do not have the words to describe how refreshing it was to be treated so respectfully. I am so pleased with the results of their work and with the entire experience. Wow, what kind words Caroline. Yes, we try to be clear in as many ways as possible that we are busy. We wish we could help everyone, but we can't yet. I'm glad we were able to follow up with you this spring. We prefer to offer what we feel are fair prices as opposed to trying to make as much money as we possibly can from every opportunity.
