Eddy examined our house thoroughly to determine its AC requirements, and he took the time to carefully explain the various options (brands, models, features ) and their pricing. He was very professional, courteous and not trying to push any one AC model over another. In an email follow-up I asked him some technical questions about some specific AC unit, and he took the time to contact the manufacturer's representative in Ontario to get the specific information that I needed and forwarded it to me. We decided to install a mid-level American Standard unit (15 Seer) which he offered at a very competitive price. Brian and the installation team came exactly on time, as scheduled. They were very courteous, professional, and did a great job. Even though the installation was taking longer than they had predicted (due to unpredictable complications in my townhouse layout), they did not rush, and took all the time needed to do the job right. It was clear that Brian really cares about the quality of his work. I have had this new AC unit for about a week now, and I am very satisfied with how well it works in my house.
