My roof needed replacing urgently and I contacted The Roofers to provide a quote. This was my first time replacing a roof and I wanted to make sure I made an informed decision and I can say that I am very happy with my decision. The process with The Roofers was seamless from beginning to end. Ash came by to assess the roof, provided me with a video of my roof, answered my many questions and provided me with a fair quote the same day of his visit. I had already received four quotes by this time (I did my homework) and I was happy The Roofers met every requirement. Reputable. Good Reviews. Professional and transparent communication. Manufacturer Certified/Accredited Shingle Master and Good fair price. All the other companies I got quotes from met 3 or 4 requirements, but not all. So when I got my quote back from Ash, I felt confident to proceed. As my roof was in urgent need of replacing, Ash and Sean were kind enough to schedule the job for the following week. The crew arrived first thing in the morning, was professional and tidy and the finished roof looks great. Many thanks to Sean and Ash for a flawless and pleasant experience. I will not hesitate to recommend your company to my friends and colleagues.

I decided to replace my original double entry front doors with transom window above this year. The doors needed to be replaced and I did not want to spend a lot of money on "just front doors". I did not think front doors were that important - I could not have been more wrong. I started my process to research companies in my area and collected 3 quotes from reputable companies and all quotes were comparable. The quotes were to replace the doors with the same design since upgrading to a larger door would increase the cost significantly, as I was told by one of the sales rep from another company. I looked at the door options available and was close to making a decision but deep down was not really thrilled with any of the options I have seen - all the doors looked boring. At the last moment I came across a photo online and fell in love with a front door style posted by Delco. The door was stunning. It was a single 8 foot door with windows on both sides. It looked really expensive and like it would cost more than I was willing to invest on a front door. But I loved it. I called Delco and Ayal answered the phone and provided me with an estimate based on the measurements of the door opening. After hearing the quote was around the same as the others, I decided to make an appointment. When I arrived, Ayal showed me the options and explained the process. I was concerned a large door might not look right on my small house but he assured me it would and told me they installed large doors on several houses that also had smaller frontage. We went over pricing and he happily provided me with a reference of a house they did with a similar door. (I always insist on seeing past work). The reference agreed I could come by and after seeing the door in person (wow) and the quality of work, I did not hesitate to sign the contract with Delco. I wanted my door just like this, including the lock they had selected. I know I am a very demanding buyer, I want what I want and look at even the minor details, but Ayal was very patient with me during the entire process. It took me two weeks to choose the color, and Ayal came by more than once to drop off color samples and help with the color selection. Finally, I decided on Almond and the order went into production. Fast forward six weeks, my door was ready and the installation crew arrived at 8am. I have to comment, the installation guys were Amazing. The work was tidy, careful and the caulking around the door was perfection. The color he chose for the caulking perfectly compliments the color of the door, I LOVE it. His work is truly is a work of art. When my doors were finally installed, I could not have been happier. It was like Christmas in July and I was over the moon. Had I had known changing my front doors would transform the entire look of my front entrance, both the outside and the inside, I would have replaced my front doors the second I moved in. Even my foyer looks grander. I never thought a new front door could make me so happy, I am thrilled with the results. Delco did a stellar job and I am so happy I did not settle. I almost made the mistake of moving forward with a design I was not loving just because the doors had to replaced and I did not know what other options were available to me. I also want to comment about the after sales and installation support - it is excellent. I noticed the seal around the door was bronze, not beige like I wanted (really wanted) and Ayal agreed to have the seal changed to beige. Not a big deal but for me it is. I was very happy about this. I absolutely recommend Delco Windows & Doors. I was so impressed with my new door I decided to replace all the windows at the front of the house as well, which will be installed next week! Yay! Ayal and the entire team at Delco are extremely helpful, honest, patient and sincere and I really feel they care about the outcome of the project and care about their customers satisfaction and that customers are truly happy at the end. I called Mr. Gleam Maintenance for an estimate to have my house windows cleaned after a friend provided me with the referral. Mr. Gleam Maintenance does all the lawn care and window cleaning at her office and also provides residential services as well. The estimate was very reasonable for cleaning windows inside and out and I agreed to proceed. We scheduled the appointment for the following week and two workers showed up at 8am like they said they would. I was very impressed with the quality of work, they did not rush the job and the windows looked great! They even took the time to do a few extras for me around the lawn, without charging me for it, something that does not happen anymore. Very nice and kind company with people who do an honest job. I will be having them provide a quote for some lawn work this summer. Very highly recommended.

I upgraded my maintenance package to include plumbing and could not be happier. I made an appointment and a plumber was here the next day. All my plumbing problems were covered under the program and more importantly, the problems are now gone! Very pleased with the service !

I called into Enbridge to inquire about the service plans available. The customer service rep was very helpful, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. He informed me of the plans available and took his time to explain the benefits and pricing of each option. The monthly cost was very reasonable and I decided to upgrade my service plan the same day because of his help.

Doors and More custom fit and installed my three sided frameless glass shower. It looked beautifully done and my master ensuite looked fabulous. However, within six months, the glass door began to slide off the hinges. I called Doors and More to let them know and we scheduled a repair. They came the same week and readjusted the door. However, within the month, the door began to slide again. This time when I called, they scheduled and cancelled 3 appointments with me over a 30 day period. Each time I scheduled an appointment, I received a call the day of the appointment requesting they reschedule due to some "emergency". During this time, the glass door continued to slide until it completely fell off the hinge. Luckily, by some fluke, I was in the ensuite at the time and was able to catch the door and prevent it from smashing to the ground. (Believe me, the 90 minutes I waited for someone to get to my house and grab this very heavy door from my grasp was not fun). I called Doors and More that day and expressed my disappointment in having three appointments cancelled on me. Not only was I told I was incorrect, I was yelled at by the owner as he denied everything. It became clear Doors and More was refusing to repair the glass door and after I hung with him, I decided not to deal with Doors and More any longer. At this point, I had no choice but to call in another shower company. Unfortunately, I quickly learned the door can't be fixed, ever, because it was incorrectly cut. The door will always fall off the hinge and the only fix is to replace the glass door. I called 3 different companies to get 3 different opinions and was told the same thing. The door was not cut to properly accommodate the hinges. They made a mistake and instead of doing the honest thing and starting with a new piece of glass, they used the same glass and left me with a defective shower. Needless to say, my ensuite didn't look so fabulous with a shower door off its hinge leaning against the wall. I collected 3 quotes to replace the door and each quote to replace the door cost over $1,800. After realizing this is turning out to be a very expensive shower, I opted for a $75 repair to place the door back on it's hinge and decided not to use the shower in my ensuite any more and use the spare bath instead. It is now that I am in the process of selling my home, I have come to the realization that the shower door is something that must be replaced, and the memory of this entire experience and the cost to fix their mess angers me so. Hence, my review today. Based on my experience, I do not recommend Doors and More for any glass door showers. I am extremely dissatisfied, feel I was taken advantage of and I do not believe this is a reputable or honest company.
