Right from the start, both Jesse and Corey were very FRIENDLY, RESPECTFUL and PATIENT answering all of our questions. Other companies said we needed an extra bottom step since the walkway had sunk so much. Jesse realized AN ADDITIONAL STEP WAS NOT NECESSARY since everything should be brought up to be level with the garage floor. Jean-Guy and Jacob (who did the work) were nothing short of REMARKABLE! With their METICULOUS ATTENTION TO DETAIL and TREMENDOUS WORK ETHIC, they were FRIENDLY, RESPECTFUL (to us and our property) and WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND all aspects of the job. They were true CRAFTSMAN who took OBVIOUS PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. They EXPLAINED EVERY STEP OF THE PROCESS and answered all of our questions and wanted us to understand how each step was critical to the success and LONGEVITY of the finished product. There were so many small things they did that were the FINISHING TOUCHES that made such a difference. In the pictures, the job was just completed so the safety tape is still up and they will INSTALL RAILINGS SOON, but we were so excited and wanted to post this as soon as we could. I would love to go on and on about how great things were and explain every solid step they took in this incredible transformation, but I tried to keep this short so this might be read.
