Ordered boxes for my move. The confirmation was a standard confirmation of receipt email with no details. I had to call the company myself weeks later to confirm the delivery details. When the boxes were delivered they did not include the packing paper I ordered and of course, because there was no information in the email, I couldn’t show them proof. They said they would courier paper to me the next day but it didn’t arrive for 5 which made it very difficult to pack. I kept emailing and calling but no one was responding so I had to go out and buy my own paper. Eventually the salesperson responded and agreed he would reimburse me for the out-of-pocket cost incurred but he never did. He also said he would text me before dropping off and picking up the boxes but never did. He just showed up in the middle of the workday and expected me to be there. Boxes were great though.
