I want to first begin that this is not my area of expertise. My wife and I had met with 5-6 other companies before finding Anthony of Deco Decks Inc. We are beyond happy with everything he and his team had done. Please consider using him as you will not be disappointed. Anthony met with us several times as our backyard deck (inherited through the previous owner) was falling apart. It also stood 2-3 feet off the ground which made the deck seem too high for our backyard and our elevation needed to be fixed. We wanted a new deck that was lowered, and had an open design to make the space more useable. The work and attention to detail was excellent. You can tell that Anthony is passionate about this work and to ensure the quality was everything. We ended up with composite and followed the suggestions given to us in terms of colour and product. We wanted composite and couldn't be any happier with the job. Being a homeowner, you run with many projects on the go. My wife and I have met several contractors and the 'bedside manner' and socialization piece in terms of interacting can be a hit or miss with some people in the service industry. I want to be very clear here when I say that Anthony is a respectful and professional person. He is not a loud/outspoken person. He did not add any pressure to our decision-making process, he never spoke down to us, and made every visit pleasant. Anthony made us feel comfortable and confident that he will not only meet our needs as his clients, but that he will exceed all expectations. Any hiccup we faced with our deck, he took care of it and made this transaction stress-free.
