I have to tell this story from the beginning in order to truly express my interaction and experience with Vince (The audio guy). It all started in January of this year when I decided to complete my basement renovation. The idea was to have an open concept basement with a home theater system with awesome sound and quality. I reached out to Vince and I instantly felt comfortable with his knowledge and his approach to all his projects. Vince strongly believes and I have witness this first hand that he treats all his projects as if they were for his own home. I asked Vince to come over and see the space and meet my contractor to establish a game plan and begin the project. Vince clearly laid out the project, he listened to my needs, he conversated with my contractor and he also included some of his own ideas that made sense and that I had overlooked. Once the visit was over, Vince reached out later that week with pricing and he also was able to help me select all the products for the project. With his knowledge of the industry all the products have been awesome. After the framing was done Vince came back and pre wired the project. Everything was done with a professional approach, the job was done clean and we also added to the project as Vince believed not to sell ourselves short and wire to add future devices. During the renovation Vince kept in touch and we often chatted about products and my project. He truly cared about what I wanted to achieve and he went out of his way to make sure that I would be happy. Once the basement was complete Vince came back and installed the theater system which included the projector, 7 speakers, on three zones throughout the basement including my home gym, TV in the gym, and we also installed outdoor speakers in the backyard. Once again everything was done with exact precision and professionalism. Once this was done the real service, experience, and integrity was now going to be on display. Vince spent two days with me going over how to operate the system, how to trouble shoot and offer 24hr, 7 days a week of support. Vince completed the job in May and he visited my house 3 time after this to make sure my system was working and to help me troubleshoot any issues. Just this past 2 week I reached out to Vince and he gladly made time to come over to the house and help me out again. I know that this review is long but it is important for everyone who reads this post or is considering hiring a contractor that Vince is a true gem. He represents an individual who truly cares about his clients, he is passionate about what he does, he is honest, he goes out of his way to make time to visit clients and answer all their questions, but most importantly he provides exceptional service. I could not be any happier with my project anyone who visits the house is blown away by my theater system. My contractor who completed the basement also recommends Vince to any his clients. I believe I have told my story and I hope everyone who is serious about home theater should reach out to Vince and also support the small business. Thank you Vince we are truly enjoying our basement.
