I tried getting rid of mice on my own, using products from grocery stores, but failed. Mice poop was increasing in my basement kitchen with every passing day. He blocked holes from outside, to prevent mice from coming in house, and placed baits in whole house. ten days later, I stopped seeing droppings. Vance was great. Very good customer service. Everything went smoothly, the guy came on time as planned and it took a little less than an hour to do 4 bedrooms. And it worked, i noticed many dead insects the next morning.
