Button's Heating Inc. is fantastic! From the time our service rep came to our house to when the technicians came to install our new furnace. First, the rep (Ricardo) was patient, friendly, and accommodating. We couldn't ask for a better person to help explain the process. He had wonderful customer service skills. The technicians who installed our furnace, humidifier and thermostat were professional, fast, and clean. It's been over a week since we installed the furnace and this is the best purchase and investment for our home. I don't know why we didn't do it sooner. Thank you Button's Heating Inc!
