From our perspective, there are 3 key things they bring to the table that makes a world of difference to the sales and fulfilment process: Design, Decision, and Project Management. Design - They take the time to understand the detail requirements of the homeowner and we work collaboratively with them in translating their needs into 3D closet drawings. Decision - there are multiple decisions homeowners need to make in purchasing custom closets - from finishes, to what items get stored where, to budget, etc. Logistics - typically projects we are involved with Interiors In Order include other trades working on other aspects of the home renovation. They are pros in project management. To be honest, Kristy and her team keeps us on our toes and we do feel we are "gently nudged" to make her clients' project a top priority.
