Emailed Paul at midnight last night when our cabinet that hides our garbage came right off. He responded bright and early, offered me options for scheduling, and showed up promptly at the prescribed time this afternoon. Paul took one look at our dilemma, and offered a cheaper solution than we expected, had it finished in mere minutes, then had a nice chat with us before leaving. We would highly reccomend him and will keep his number handy for the future. This is a good company and a good guy to know! Jody and Tracy Colero

Last night was hot. Our air conditioner decided it was the perfect night to stop working! I called Atlas care and the after-hours serviceman (Nimo) spent a good amount of time with me trying to diagnose the problem. In the end, a service call was needed. he came in from Dundas Ontario, on time, with a smile on his face, and a plan of action! He had us up and running in no time, with a full explanation of the problem, how to avoid it in future, what to look for, and all of that...with MANNERS and completely charming approach to the whole thing. Finally...someone who knows what they're doing,and happy to be doing it! I run my own business, also a service business, and know how difficult it is to find dedicated employees like Nimo. I was expecting the worst...but I got the the best! 10 out of 10...and no...I'm not related to Nimo or anyone at Atlas Care. Just think a job well done , should be recognized. Sincerely, jody Colero
