1st service person couldn't fix and had to send a second person since supposedly there was a pipe break in the wall. 2nd person a few weeks later came for a short while and simply fixed a damaged outlet. 1st person should have known this was a simple problem. Cost was $500 (aside form $160 clean up) Reception person was rude and unhelpful.
