Furnace and Airconditioner installment and contract
Recently had a good experience with the customer service and installation process from Reliance in November 2022 but I have not received the promised $750 prepaid card at the time of contract despite waiting for more than 6 weeks. Attempting to contact the company has been unsuccessful. While the initial interactions with Reliance were positive, the failure to follow through on their commitment has left a bad taste in my mouth and makes me question their honesty. I am giving them 3 stars due to this issue
