3rd time hiring Bryce for work around the house. This time, it's just a small project replacing the old storm drain in front of the garage. As before, Bryce is professional, trustworthy and friendly. He made sure to cleaned up properly and was quick to finish the job. I recommend him to my friends and will likely hire him again for future projects.

Motor in my ~20 year old furnace started getting very noisy. Jafar came over to diagnose the problem, and Seyam came for the replacement after I decided to go with Best Way. Both are friendly and professional, and got the job done. Now the furnace is much quieter and airflow is better. Pros: + responsive to email/messaging + available on short notice (appointment was 2 days after contact) + punctual for the appointment + good explanation of problem and suggestions for future heating options + pro-active follow up after service to provide additional requested info

Hired Bryce and James to repair some rotting wooden half-walls and stairs, as well as paving the side of the house as they were becoming an eyesore. We got quotes from others and their price is very reasonable. They provided a quote and stuck to it, despite it probably took a little more work than they had expected. We're very happy with their work - the result is better than I expected. They put in the effort to make every detail look great - there is a part of the wall that extends beyond the fence that we didn't really care about, but they made sure that part is properly done as well. I get the feeling that they have a very high standard for their work, made sure the entire project looks good and not cut any corners. Bryce and James are polite and very pleasant to work with too. We went back and forth a bit because we couldn't make up our mind, and they were very patient and helped us figure out what we need. They really listened to our concerns throughout the project and made changes where needed. They are also careful to not make a mess - we were surprised they even cleaned up a lot of the leaves that had fallen over the course of the project - something we didn't expect them to do. We're already discussing another project with them. We won't hesitate to recommend them to friends.

Hired Jason to clean my furnace/ducts after a home renovation. Good service, and they let you watch the duct cleaning via a camera. Jason is exceptional with customer service - very proactive communication and would call even if he is going to be 5 mins late to the appointment. Seems to genuinely care about customer satisfaction as he is very prompt in replying to my furnace-related questions AFTER his service. Will use again and definitely recommend to friends and family.

Steve was recommended to us by our neighbour since they were extremely satisfied with his service and workmanship. We hired him to replace 23 windows and a French door. Steve is very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. - When deciding what type of window to replace (eg. awning vs casement), he really put a lot of thought into his suggestions - thinking long term, current and future usage, safety, as well as aesthetics. - He is more picky and meticulous about his own work than I am as the owner, and I'm a picky person. - very hard working and doesn't mind coming over to work on weekends and late into the night to finish things up - when shown some minor scratches on window screens, offered to replace the entire screen (I asked him to just touch up instead since it's really only a little dent/scratch) - great with email/phone follow ups - did a lot of extra work, provided extra materials for no charge - using his expertise in building envelope, spent a lot of extra time to provide me with advise on my house I really have to wonder how much money he really makes due to all the extra time and effort he spends on my home. Would highly recommend to my friends and family.
