Purchased a Maytag washer and dryer on Aug. 2/20, delivered on Aug. 12/20. Washer model #MVWX655DW2 is a terrible machine. It vibrates all over the place and spins your clothes so fast that it wears them out. Had 2 service calls and was told that that's the way the machines are made now. They are designed and built so poorly that the basket has no stability and vibrates all over the place. It doesn't matter if you buy Maytag or Whirlpool they are all built the same way. Spoke to a supervisor named "Holly" and she simply said that they do not change the machines, if I want a 3rd service call they would send someone out and charge me! Great customer service!
