We had a good experience with Mike and team. While initially they rescheduled on us last minute when we had moved our commitments around to make sure we were available for our sofa cleaning appointment. Mike made it right by calling us, acknowledging their mistake and owning up to it. They did their best to turn our experience around and offered great services. We got the sofa and rug cleaning done the next day and Mike did an amazing job at it. This was a great turnaround of our experience and Id definitely recommend them.
