Front door, sliding door & 3 windows
Aurora Windows & Doors have exceptional customer service. Sofia was pleasant and very knowledgeable about the products she sells. She helped up through out the process and replied to us within minutes (typically). We were told it would take the installers 1.5 days to complete the job, however they worked extremely hard and completed it within the first day. They arrived on time, and were friendly & knowledgeable. Vitali showed us how to operate our new doors, windows and locks. I definitely recommend Aurora Windows & Doors! Superb experience, amazing quality & lower cost than their competitors. Well done!
