The technician arrived with the time frame specified at the time of scheduling the appointment. Ken was polite and took the time to answer a couple of questions. He went over what I needed to do once the service was completed and gave me the card to follow. The next day I expected a copy of the invoice but since I did not receive it I phoned and Alison was pleased to assist me in this manner as well as my method of payment in receiving a copy. She was patience and friendly and willing to do whatever I needed. Thank you WaterMart for excellent service at both ends.
