I hired M&M Movers to help me pack up and put my things into storage since I was selling my downtown Toronto condo. I was unable to write a review earlier as I hadn't unpacked my things yet after moving to St. Catharines. I was horrified to find many, many damaged items upon unpacking. Immediately after this move, I found some gouges in my hardwood floor and he did reimburse me about $300 for this damage but I had no idea how careless his packers would be with my belongings! Finally after finding my Waterford Crystal Cake platter broken I finally had enough and went to write this review to warn others. DO NOT USE THIS MOVER IF YOU VALUE YOUR BELONGINGS!! They would wrap ridiculous items like toilet paper but then NOT wrap crystal glasses. I have thousands of dollars of broken items from this careless mover. I used him after seeing these reviews on Home Stars but I felt I have to warn others about this company.

This move took place over 9 Months ago! ( Last July) It is not a valid complaint, it's also about 2 boxes only not about damage to Furniture. This lady was told by me personally NOT to put the boxes in storage for the Winter and to inspect them 9 Months ago, she would not listen to me. Another moving company has been involved in this move since then. I take complaints seriously, she has not contacted me about this, I can't even do an investigation on how this happened and make changes if necessary however this happened 9 Months ago and no complaints since. She was fully insured and I have never heard from her about this complaint. This Lady's place was a complete mess and she complained about everything, when we arrived some extra packing was required she helped out with the packing and went to storage and watched the guys unload. My business partner got personally involved in her move because she said she lost her job and was about to "explode" with her temper. She even sent me a picture of a small clock hanging on the wall at 4:30 am to complain it wasn't packed, she was at the condo when the movers finished packing. I take complaints seriously, have an A plus rating with the Better Business Bureau to help resolve complaints. We did not damage any floors, but I did give her money for it after the move. She also didn't pay her bill in full because of losing her job. This was a very selfish customer who had excellent movers and has never contacted me to investigate the claim so I can make changes if necessary. Brent
