Bill and his team came on time, explained the job in detail, photographed it in stages, completed on time, cleaned up their work site, and are returning to repair a different .section of my roof that was not part of the original contract.(at no cost) Honest, friendly and efficient, and he does return if you need help after the job is complete. i have used this company on 2 homes over 25 years. and i will continue to use them again and again.

Delroy identified the problem quickly, ordered a part, returned within a couple of days and repaired quickly and reliably. thankyou Delroy followup on this door problem: He did think he had fixed it, but in 2 weeks it stopped working, and i had to chase him to return to my house to fix it properly. he would not set a time to come, he wanted to come when he could, i needed an appt. so we were not ever able to connect again. TIMING and SETTING APPTS is his downfall, not his actual work.(2013-edited) following this I had an issue with my ice maker. another repair person, whom I would never refer you to, told me it would be between $500-$600 to fix it. Delroy fixed it faster, and neater for $240.00. ITs functioning beautifully. Again, thankyou Delroy
