We had previously used the Hardwood Flooring Store to upgrade our living/dining room in 2010 and then our bedroom/hallway in 2012. While refinishing a bedroom we decided that the carpet needs to be replaced and upgraded to hardwood. A quick call to Ron and Nick at Hardwood Flooring and they were able to provide a very competitive price and arranged to come the following week and install! The installers arrived as scheduled and completed the job on time with excellent quality! We were happy with the final result along with the cost/value of the overall project. We would recommend the Hardwood Flooring Store in Markham to others!

We had our furnace replaced by Sears Home Services in the fall and the installation company was A&A Heating and Air Conditioning. They did a superb job at that time and so with the recent bankruptcy of Sears Home Services, I called them directly. Hopeton came and provided me an estimate and after receiving several others, the A&A was the most competitive with the best warranty, and have been in business since 1987. Not many know about them since they have been a subcontractor for Sears for many years. On the day of the job they arrived on time, explained what needed to be done and installed the new unit, and cleaned up. Gary the owner was also there and ensured that everything was installed correctly. They even noticed a natural gas pipe (installed by the previous owner of our house) that was rusting and removed it. Overall I was very happy with the job and would recommend them to other homeowners!

We are very happy with the recent roofing job done in early April 2014 by Professional Roofers. Initally we had Jonathan come and provide an estimate, he was on time, inspected the roof/attic and gave detailed explanations of the work that needed to be done. He was also easily reachable (direct cell number) when I had questions and took the time to expain things to me thoroughly. I had 3 other quotes (all from top rated homestars roofers) and surprisingly there were large differences in cost (one company was 2X the cost of Professional Roofers!) and thoroughness of the estimate. I compared the quotes paying attention to the details of the work they were doing and material used. Professional Roofers had the best quote and even provided the best warranty (15 years) with the Cambridge - IKO shingles. On the day of the job, the crew arrived on time worked hard with Louis providing me with updates as they progressed. Once completed, Oscar came and inspected collected payment and provided me with the warranty. I even received a thank you letter a few days later! I would recommend Professional Roofers to anyone, they are a great company!

I called Bosco in the evening as we have discovered a leak in the ceiling and walls of our basement. The dispatcher was extremely friendly and arranged for a plumber for the next day (could have come on the same night for a higher fee, but I chose the next day). Matt arrived, was very friendly and reviewed our situation. He explained in detail what he would be doing and the estimated cost. I gave him permission to proceed, and he completed the work efficiently and charged me the exact estimated cost. Overall I was very impressed and would recommend Bosco to others. Great job! Thanks!
