From start to finish, Myron and his team were professional, informative, efficient, and quality oriented. He began by giving us a no nonsense quote, explain the process of government grants and zero interest government loans, and explained the different types of products. We went with a higher end product due to the increased government grants making the difference in price relatively negligible. The time line from deposit to installation was precisely accurate. The installers came and worked all day replacing the windows without making an unnecessary mess, having put drop sheets everywhere they worked. The final product was as close to perfect as anyone could have asked for. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs new windows.

Tom was punctual, technically skilled, and very professional throughout the project. He talked us through the different pot light products and we are very satisfied with what he recommended. I had received a few quotes from other companies before calling the custom deck co. I was thorouhly impressed with them from start to finish. Dany came by to give a quote within 2 days of calling. On site, he explained quite completely the process and design of the deck. That night he e-mailed me the official quote, complete with drawings. Aside from it being abundantly clear he was a true expert in deck design and building, the quote came in a whopping $2400 less then the next best quote. Between the quote and the start date we had to wait until the city marked our gas/electric/cable lines buried in the yard (which dany had explained). I received a call from dany the day the marking had been completed and we scheduled the start date. The work was completed withing a few days and it looks amazing. Lastly, from the initial quote to the completion I called to talk with dany about 9 times. He answered the phone every time. It is so refreshing to have customer service like this!!! In my opinion easily the best deck company in the city.

I contacted this customer after looking at their reviews and checking out there website. It was the only company that I could see that included the price of the infrared camera with the inspection and was very reasonable. Steve was extremely professional and thorough during the inspection, identifying all issues both small and large. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing these services.
