No response regarding a warranty claim enquiry
Already called twice (May 15th and May 23rd) for a warranty claim (Job was done in May last year) and there is no call back from the Operator. Was told Operator will call in 24 to 48 hours to schedule a visit for assessment.

Hi Harman, We apologize for the delay. We have been in touch with the operator who will be doing the warranty work and have asked them to speak to you as soon as possible. Their District Manager has also been notified. This is certainly not what we teach when it comes to customer service.
