Lee came out to help me on three different occasions to ensure my problem was solved. Once to diagnose the issue, another time to install, and when I could not get the fireplace to ignite after he had left, he then came all the way back out again to ensure it was in working order. He certainly did not need to come back, but took it upon himself to ensure his customer was happy.
