Tee in Maple

Called Patterson Masonry after getting one quote for having our chimney repaired. It is not really in use but shrouds the metal exhaust for the furnace. The house is old and the chimney mortar was in serious break down. Concerned about leaking etc. Bruce came that day and sent me a quick quote. I was happy as it was about half the price of our first estimate fro elsewhere. I hired them on the spot. He said they would let me know when they could come, maybe tomorrow which sounds vague but it has been very rainy. They did pop in the next day and he brought the worker who was to do the actual job. Young guy, very personable. He came promptly the next morning as promised and the work was done in one day. The young guy was quiet and considerate. He tidied up the job area and the chimney looks fantastic! He also, as a courtesy checked our flashing and caulked where necessary. Bruce came as we agreed the next day and picked up any remaining supplies that had been left and when he gave me the invoice it was exactly as agreed upon, no charge even for the caulking. Call them if you need any masonry work done. They are reasonably priced and follow thru as they promise. You wont be disappointed.

d an issue with too much sun coming to our room where we had just laid a new laminate floor and the sun was so strong and hot it warped the floor.
