Our regular Home Comfort Advisor and Senior Technician, Ather, conducted annual maintenance on our air conditioner. Ather was helpful in pointing out that our air conditioner isn't as efficient as it once was, and gave us tips to improve its effectiveness this year. He also left us with strategies for trouble-shooting and replacement that we should consider undertaking next year if our air conditioner's efficiency further declines. This manages my expectations, it feels like I have some control over decision-making and allows me to budget for such expenditures, instead of being blindsided with repair/replacement costs next year. We have an aging furnace and tankless hot water heater. Most service technicians would say, out with the old and in with the new. But instead, Ather from Cosmopolitan, tells us that with regular maintenance this infrastructure should last for several more years. He also gives us advice on routine maintenance that will extend the lifespan of these appliances. Also appreciate Ather's problem solving ability and willingness to jump into any project. While our Halloween owl's speaker no longer works, the noise activated lighted eyes and head movement still scared the crap out of little kids collecting Halloween treats at our door. One of them got so scared that they pushed the owl off the stairs and into our garden! Excellent service and attention to detail. Thanks again.

Outstanding service, as always. Be sure to ask for Ather Hasan to be your technician. He goes above and beyond just servicing the air conditioner. When my garden hose gave Ather a free (unintended) shower, he wrestled with it, put new clamps on it and it works like new now (no leaks)! Ather does not obscure the technical details or engage in strong-armed sales tactics just because air conditioners are not my area of expertise. Ather tells me what work is and isn't required at this time and what will be required in the future. I appreciate this consideration because, I believe that I have been given the necessary information to make informed decisions going forward. Athar is a Senior Service Technician and a gas fitter at Cosmopolitan. Every year he services our air conditioner, furnace and tankless hot water system in our house. He always takes the time to try to explain everything, cleans up afterwards and is very considerate (always removes his shoes in our house, etc.). Top notch work. Athar also recently went the distance for us in helping us convert our barbecue to gas (the hardware store said it was easy and we could do it ourselves - ha!). The barbecue works great and has given us many good meals in our backyard. Thanks for everything Athar!
