This company installed my irrigation system for a great price. It was done nice and fast. The problem is that if you need them after that, good luck to you. They don’t return calls, then an employee calls and let’s you know when you are texting that you are texting the biz phone. I’m not sure why I wouldn’t be, that was the number I was given to call and text or so I thought. There are too many times to list about them not calling back. Unfortunately I have to find now a different company to help me redirect the sprinkler heads. I sent a video to show it watering only my deck. Still no reply. Moral of the story is it’s nice fast cash to install. Customer service is everything and support after and I should have read the warnings and taken them seriously. Lesson learned.
